About Our Stipend
We believe in rewarding our interns for their contributions and offer a competitive, performance-based stipend.
A fixed monthly stipend is provided, contingent upon achieving a minimum level of business.
High-achievers are recognized with additional performance-based incentives and perks.
The stipend structure may be variable, directly reflecting individual performance and the achievement of targets.
Selection Process & Training
Our process is designed to identify and develop promising talent.
Selection: Candidates will be evaluated through resume screening, followed by a telephonic or virtual interview.
Training: Selected interns receive comprehensive training on insurance basics, sales methodologies, client database management, and other relevant industry topics.
Support: You will receive ongoing support and mentorship from your reporting manager throughout the internship, including assistance with any project-related work.
