To change the premium payment frequency of your policy you need to submit the following documents:
- You have to download the Request form and fill in the Change in Premium Payment Frequency section of the form.
- Electronic Transfer Form with your bank account details and a canceled cheque of the bank account from which you wish to pay your policy premiums every month/ every six months.
After filling the form you can submit the form in the nearest branch or courier it the address
It can be paid through any of the below option

- Online
- Cheque
To raise the claim you can choose any of the following:

- Call at our 24 x 7 service number
- Visit your nearest Insurance branch.
The claim amount will receive through cheque or electronic clearance system
